Orders placed during a sale period or marked as 'final sale' are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please choose wisely as no exceptions will be made unless you have received a garment with an unlikely fault.

with a description and photos of the fault as soon as you have identified it.

Discount and promotional codes cannot be used during sale periods as no further discounts are applicable during this time.

Where is my order shipped from?
All orders placed on the Concept Speed online stores are either dispatched from our warehouse in Bangkok Thailand. This is dependent on where you are ordering from, and the inventory in our warehouses!
Shipping and Processing Times
Due to the increased volume of orders we receive during sale periods, the warehouse does experience a back log in shipping time frames. During sale periods, please allow up to 10 working days before querying your order.
Your order will be dispatched with DHL Express Shipping, however this does not include the warehouse processing times. Rest assured that your order will still be dispatched on an express service once it is ready to go.
Out Of Stock Items
Due to the nature of our sales' and the high order volume we experience, as well as the limitations of our systems, there may be instances when certain items are sold out. We will promptly issue a refund for any such out-of-stock items as soon as we become aware of the situation. You will receive an email notification regarding the refund. Regrettably, during sale periods, we are unable to provide alternative options.

After placing your order, our warehouse team begin processing it for dispatch right away. Consequently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order.
If you've entered the incorrect shipping address, please contact our Customer Experience team as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
so we can try and amend these issues before the order has been dispatched.
As orders are processed through to the warehouse immediately, and packing begins in a chronological order, we cannot combine orders under any circumstances.
We are unable to retrospectively apply the sale discounts to orders purchased outside the sale period.
